Instead, it shows how those exercises are organized and applied within a structured program—covering sets, reps, intensity, frequency, muscle grouping, and exercise alternatives. For detailed exercise setup, form, and biomechanics, the BRIG20 program is a dedicated system.
Can I use Build & Burn at home or with limited equipment?
Yes. While gym-based equipment is preferred for optimal loading and efficiency, Build & Burn includes alternative exercise options that can be used at home or with limited equipment such as resistance bands.
